What shall I do with the license file?

Postby MultiD Support » Thu Jul 03, 2008 9:24 am

To activate your license please proceed as following:
- If Genex is going to be used by several users, it is recommended that the following executes by a user with Administrators privileges.
- Stop Genex
- Save the license file (Genex.vpl) in the Genex directory. The default path is "c:\program files\multid\genex". For some users who use web mail interface the extension ".txt" may be added to the file name. So please check that the license file name is "Genex.vpl". If there is an extension ".txt" just remove it.
- Start Genex

Your Genex should be licensed.

Hi, I followed your instructions step by step but it doesn't work. Are there any other ways to activate my license?

Hi.

This instructions was for GenEx version 4. We have release Genex 5 in 2009. Genex 5 license activates by serial number through our activation server.

If you have purchased Genex 4 you must upgrade to Genex 5 first. Please contact info(at)multid.se for instructions.
