High resolution graphics

GenEx uses two different graphical formats:

How to make high resolved graphics using Teecharts see:

For plots based on Lohninger graphics figures can be saved as bit maps (*.bmp) with default resolution of 72dpi. The size of saved bit map is the size of the graph on your screen. It is therefore possible to increase resolution of the figures somewhat as follows:
1. Maximize the graphics window in GenEx to make the plot largest possible, preferably with the width vs height ratio you like it to have.
2. Save the plot as bit map (*.bmp)
3. Open it again in your favorite graphics program (Photoshop, Corelpaint etc.)
4. Resample the picture by reducing its size and increasing the dpi proportionally (i.e., reducing to 25% original size you can increase to 4*72=288 dpi).
5. Save the file with the new resolution and size.
