Please, I would like to know how I can get the Genex and what I need to buy the program for academic use. Probably, the Genex standard is enough for us but I would like to know if it has the missing values option.

Hi.
If you are working at a university or a non-profit organization you can purchase Genex license with discount for academy. Normally that can be verified by your billing address. If a user purchase a license online (pay by credit card) the domain name of email address can be used.
Yes, Genex Standard has the missing value option in the DataEditor.
