Continuous variable

Postby qPCR user » Tue Oct 14, 2008 12:08 pm

Can I *correlate individual variables *(for instance pollutant concentrations, so a continuous var) *tot individual CT values* (or deltaCTs). As such I have a regression model and don't need to put them into a priori classes (which is wrong as this is not an experiment, but natural populations from the wild) ? Can I define a continuous variable variable to regress my CT values later ?

Yes, just define a classification column that contains your pollutant concentrations. There is a Regression module available in GenEx.
