From ver. 4.3.8 Build 2 GenEx can read and automatically classify BIOMARK files with assay repeats.

Best wishes,

For GenEx import of BIOMARK files it is important to name the genes and samples properly. This should be done as follow:

1. qPCR replicates shall be given exactly the same gene names. GenEx will identify the names are identical and automatically classify them as technical replicates

2. Sample replicates shall be given exactly the same sample names. GenEx will identify the names are identical and automatically classify them as sampling (or biological) replicates

If both replicates are present the GenEx data file created will have two classification columns; one indexing technical replicates and one indexing sampling replicates.
