Format of Excel

Postby sylvia.c.wong » Fri Jul 23, 2010 4:37 am

Hello,

Is there a specific format for the real-time data displayed on Excel in order for it to be exported to GenEx? Thanks!

Hi Sylvia

Go to the following link on the MultiD website:

http://multid.se/viewlets/genex/data_import/

It shows the data structure that is needed to import qPCR data from instruments. As long as you duplicate the same structure in Excel as is used in GenEx (samples in the rows and genes in the columns) then it should import just fine.
