GenEx is fully Excel compatible. Open your excel file from the GenEx Data Editor and save it again as an mdf file.

To convert excel files to mdf:

- Select "File->Edit data"
- Change the file format to XLS or "*.*"
- Select your Excel file
- On the Data editor select "File->Save as"
- the default format is MDF. So just give the new file a name and click on "Save"
