I ask Johanna and I got this answer:
We don’t have an interplate calibrator to sell at the moment. I recommend you to use an assay that’s already run on the plates to get a better control function.

I thought she might have one. Alternative is to use an assay you already have as she suggests. It should be a well optimized assay that performs highly reproducibly (low SD in replicates). Use a template concentration that gives a Cq around 25. Aliqout the template stock and store it for later use, so you avoid freeze-thoughing. Run the IPC in at least triplicates.
