Error message in one-way ANOVA

Postby Tina Rodgaard » Mon Apr 16, 2012 12:50 pm

I've been trying to analyze my data with a one-way ANOVA with a Tukey-Kramer's posttest. I've devided my data into two maingroups that I want to test against several subgroups. This works fine with maingroup 1, but when I try to perform it with maingroup 2 I get this error-message: "You need at least two replicates in each cell". I have checked all my data and everything is alike to maingroup 1. What am I doing wrong??

Kind regards

Hi Tina.

I think that you might not have arranged your classification column in the way Genex is expecting. Is it possible for you to send me your data file? My email is amin(at) .

PS: If you do not wish to send all your data, I only need the columns containing the classification columns and the first column containing the sample names. You can remove the columns containing the Cq values.

In data editor when open Normalize with reference gene window under preprocessing the top half of the box is stuck under the tool bar in data editor window and cannot be moved/viewed.
